You shall adhere to the following code of conduct and shall ensure that it/ the content it sends through AT’s API Platform does not (this list is not intended to be exhaustive):

1. contain anything which is in breach of the law, or omit anything which the law requires. Furthermore, services and promotional material must not facilitate or encourage anything which is in any way harmful;

2. contain material indicating violence, sadism or cruelty or be of repulsive or horrible nature;

3. involve the use of foul language;

4. be of a kind that is likely to be used to promote or facilitate immoral act including prostitution;

5. be of a kind that is likely to mislead through inaccuracy, ambiguity, exaggeration, omission or otherwise and it should be clear to the consumers when time sensitive information was last updated;

6. result in any unreasonable invasion of privacy;

7. induce an unacceptable sense of fear or anxiety;

8. encourage or illicit any person to engage in dangerous practices or to user harmful substances;

9. induce or promote tribal and/or racial disharmony;

10. cause grave or widespread offence;

11. debase, degrade or demean;

12. seek to take unfair advantage of any characteristic or circumstances which make consumers vulnerable;

13. send unsolicited advertising material, illegal content, unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature;

14. create a false identity or forged phone number, or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of any message sent through AT;

15. harvest or otherwise collect information about any person, without their consent;

16. transmit any material that may infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including trademark, copyright or right of publicity;

17. defame or slander any person, or infringe upon any person's privacy rights;

18. transmit any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other harmful or deleterious programs;

19. interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the Service or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks; or

20. attempt to gain unauthorized access to AT’s API Platform, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to AT’s API Platform, through password mining or any other means.
